Memory layout mostly. Possibly also some interrupt vector setup. You'd
have to read the sources for the full details.

The AEB comes with a board monitor written by ARM (IIRC). It does not
provide the same environment as GDB stubs do. If Marco had used GDB
stubs for downloading his tests he would not have had the problem.
