[ECOS] Can not patch i82559 ethernet driver

Hi all,

I have downloaded Fabrice's patches.
But I can not apply it.
My command is

tr -d '\r' < hal-i386-pc.patch | patch -p0 /d/john/ecos/packages

Is that right?
