[ECOS] Getting the Configuration Tool to Recognize the CVS

I am trying to get the configuration tool to recogize the CVS repository as
the source of the files.  When I try to point it at the CVS repsitory on my
drive I get an error " Error opening eCos Repository - Package
CYGPKG_NET: There are no version subdirectories".  So after I download
the CVS to my machine what else do I have to do to point the configuration
tool to the files?  Thank you.
