[ECOS] Configuring eCos and cygwin to run in Win NT

What is your target platform?  Based on the target platform, you need to build 
the cross compiler and related development tools.  Take a look at the following 
link:

http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/install-windows.html

When trying to build in the The eCos Configuration tool, it willprompt for the 
build tools, which you need to point to the cross compiler.  Try looking at the 
Documentation page of eCOS.
