Sorry to bug you with this, but I'm pulling my hair out.  I'd like to use
this driver as a reference for a Gigabit driver and Infiniband driver we're
doing this summer.

When building it, I get the following errors:

/home/herb/build/install/include/pkgconf/devs_eth_intel_i82559.h:11:
`#include' expects "FILENAME" or <FILENAME>
/ecos/packages/devs/eth/intel/i82559/current/src/if_i82559.c:116: `#include'
expects "FILENAME" or <FILENAME>

Following are the source lines:
devs_eth_intel_i82559.h:11
#include CYGDAT_DEVS_ETH_INTEL_I82559_CFG

if_i82559.c:116
#include CYGDAT_DEVS_ETH_INTEL_I82559_INL

Any assistance with this would save me ALOT of time.
