[ECOS] Fail to add TCP/IP stack package

It's a common problem. You need to gunzip/untar the file manually and move 
it into your repository. You then need to concatenate pkgadd.db (from this 
tar file) with ecos.db.

You might be better off downloading the latest CVS if you want networking, 
though...
