[ECOS] bug in eCos Configuration tools 2 alpha

Are you using a CVS repository checkout? Or vanilla 1.3.1. If the latter,
look in C:/Program Files/Red Hat/eCos/packages/language/c/libc and check
there is a v1_3_1 directory there. Is there?
