[ECOS] stub for 8260..

Hi All,

Could anyone tell me how do I go about building the gdb_module.bin for a 
8260 port..?? I am using the 603e core and QUICC from mbx.

I get an error undefined reference to "_start" in vectors.o and few more 
undefined references.
