That's a compiler bug, and therefore nothing you can really expect anyone
on this list to be able to deal with. You could try upgrading your
compiler.
In any case http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/ct2.html says you should
unarchive the wxGTK-010514.tar.bz2 file, rather than rebuilding. Does that
not work for you?
