[ECOS] arm + gnupro devl. kit + cost

hi jifl,
     This problem is non-technical but still quite crucial to any 
product development. I must have written number of mails to RedHat 
asking for the quotation for ARM7 GnuPro development quit but I don't 
why they chose to ignore it. I really fail to comprehend the reason 
behind this. I hope you can do something in this regard. thanx in advance.
