[ECOS] FLAG Question???

Hi, all..

I have a question about flags:

can i use a harware register as a flag??

For example, i have a FPGA that can access address and
data bus. Can i define a flag to be a register in my
FPGA???

How the kernel detect that a flag change??? Read
constantly the flag address or check the function set
and mask???
