[ECOS] error in installing CVS Ecos

Hello,
I installed Configtool, which sucessfully worked with V1_3_1 eCos 
package.
I tryed to update to the latest CVS.
ConfigTool asks me the path of the new package, (ex. c:\eCos), 
but something wrong happens in the CVS info:
i receive the message: 
"error opening CVS repository: CYGPKG_SNMPAGENT: there
are no versions subdirectory".

With another CVS (datingto April), the message is the same, but 
regards CYGPKG_NET.
Any Hints about this behaviour?
