[ECOS] About ecos

   Hi,
      I followed your procedure of building tools for synthetic linux  but 
i'am not getting commands ar, objdump, objcopy etc with prefixed as 
i686-pc-linux-gnu. I got only i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc. Is anything missing in 
procedure or have i gone wrong. But the same procedure for arm, i had got 
every commands with prefixed as arm-elf-gnu.
