[ECOS] About ecos2.0!!!

Hi!!!

I have downloaded configtool-2.0.setup from CVS, to install it should i have ecos 1.3.1 already installed in my PC??

I have downloaded new HAL files(not existing in ecos1.3.1) from CVS, how can i add a this HAL to the existing ecos RTOS? should i simply add the directories in the "/packages/hal/" directory? or there is any other method for doing the same.
