BOOTP and TFTP servers from the 3COM site.
The name of the executable to download is:

  ftp://ftp.3com.com/pub/utilbin/win16/nbrowiru.exe

Hopefully still there. I downloaded this ages ago. I used it on Windows NT.
They are 16 bits applications, but seems to work ok under NT. Have not
tested under Wik 2k.
