[ECOS] Dink32 monitor

Hi,

I have built the gnu toolsets for ecos for powerpc. 
I found that "powerpc-eabi-gdb" supports using 
"target dink32".. 

I have a Sandpoint-3 eval board with DINK32 (version
12.x) on it (for a MPC8240 motorola powerpc). 

Can I use the "powerpc-eabi-gdb" and DINK32 for
debugging, before I bring  up the eCos on it.
