[ECOS] RedBoot and eCos

I don't really understand yet how RedBoot and eCos can work together.  Does 
RedBoot have an eCos kernel?  The RedBoot documentation says to read one of 
the eCos documents (not sure which one).  I search through the entire 
document that it suggests, and can't find any information on RedBoot let 
alone RedBoot working with eCos.
