[ECOS] CygMon

Hi,

Mine is a new target platform (a MPC8240 sandpoint
board). Ecos donot support MPC8240. I understand I
should start from porting HAL. My development platform
is linux.

How should I start to put the eCos along with the
CygMon on to the flash to debug my applications
development (say, even the pinging the Sandpoint
board). 

Looks like I donot need to do any porting of the
cygMon package. But should write some stubs (required
by cygMon) in the HAL part.

Can you please clear me.
