[ECOS] eCOS on motorola coldfire / dragonball chips

Hi there,
I am trying to research about the feasibility of porting eCOS to the
coldfire or dragonball chips by motorola.
This is for a university research and may be used as part of a undergraduate
coursework in future.
Is there anybody already embarking on a project like this?
