[ECOS] How to use the delay_us function

[Ho Shui Choy Stanley PS03B NCS]

In my codes, I use CYGACC_CALL_IF_DELAY_US to call for a delay but it seems
like the function is not working as the amount of time to delay does not
corresponds(no delay at all) to what I specified.

Am I using the function correctly?
