[ECOS] Asking for your help!!!!!

Hello, sir:
    I am a student of Tsinghua Univ of Beijing China. I have some questions about eCos of RedHat.
    1) What packges are needed by me when I want to develop my own embedded application on PPC CPU from Motorola. Is the GNUPRO toolkit required or optional?
    2) For I am a student, so I can not buy your service because of its cost. And I can not access your web site to get the packges I need, so would you like to provide me with a CD-ROM containing the whole toolkit I need to develop eCos application?
    3) If impossible, would you like to provide me with DETAIL information about the URLs from which I can get the eCos 1.3.1, the latest cygwin and the GNUPRO ?
