[ECOS] Printing debugging messages...

Hi all,

I have a simple and quick question:

I'm making some modifications in the kernel and hence I need to print lots
of messages in order to debug them. What's the safest and fastest way to
print such message? 

Sometimes my application crashes and I guess its due to the printf's I've
been using so far.
