[ECOS] Cygmon for xscale

I dont know if this is the right list, but I am looking for more of the
sources for the pci support in the Cygmon monitor program for the xscale
processor. Specifically, I am looking for the portion around pci_serv.c. I
have pci_serv.c and I may have a source copy of most of the monitor but I am
hoping to understand more of how it works. I suspect it has been folded into
ecos but I admit, I am not quite sure.
