[ECOS] [ECOS Porting] Can't Run programs using GDB 5.0

I am currently working on GDB Stubs for an I960 Port. I am successfully 
running REDBOOT from RAM.  I can also connect to it using GDB via the serial 
port or ethernet.  I can even load code annd view registers.  The problem 
that I can't figure out is why it won't let me run the code.  When I try to 
run it. I receive the message:

      The program being debugged has been started already.
      Start it from the beginning? (y or n)

If I say yes, it kills the target connection.  Is this a porting problem or
a GDB problem?  Any ideas.
