[ECOS] gnu make for windows

hi all,
    i wanted to know if a gnu make utility for windows is available.Because inspite of building and compiling ecos sources for ARM,i am facing problems with the insight debugger as it doesnt support MultiICE.
   But i have the complete ARM developer toolkit for windows which supports MultiICE.
   can somebody help me out please?
