[ECOS] question about modification for edb7312

All,
I am going to modify ecos for Cirrus Logic's edb7312.
I have noticed the difference between 7312 and 7212,
which is 1) on-chip sram: 48K for 7312, 37.5K for
7212; 2) external ram type: sdram for 7312, edo for
7212.
Now, which code sections should I pay attention first?
Are those only in:
...\hal\arm\edb7xxx\v1_3\include
...\hal\arm\edb7xxx\v1_3\include\pkgconf ?
