[ECOS] problem with ecos

hello,
i have loaded and installed the  eCos1.2.1 and
cygwin in Win NT.When trying to build in the eCos Configuration tool, it 
prompted for the build

tools and user tools. I have tried setting them  but couldn't work.Please 
tell me where i went

wrong.I found a tree also building (lib).After this i am getting strucked 
up.
can any one help me.
