[ECOS] Porting of eCos to Hitachi H8S family.

Hello,

Could anyone tell me if they know of eCos being ported to the 
Hitachi H8S family of 16-bit microcontrollers?
Has anyone worked with the H8S/2623 micro?

I would appreciate any comments about this matter.
