[ECOS] Ethernet DSR's are not being Serviced?

Hello All, 
Our ethernet dsr's do not seem to be working. We have tracked it down to 
a function called "alarm_thread()" where we are waiting for the alarm flag 
to be set. We know the function "ecos_synch_eth_drv_dsr()" is being called 
and the flag is being set. 
The function "cyg_flag_wait()" waits and does not return even after the 
flag has been set. 
This is really holding us up and would appreciate any help.
