[ECOS] Problems building arm-elf-gcc under Cygwin

When doing the "make" I get an error that "autoheader" is
missing.  I don't have autoheader installed. I checked
configure.out, and it detected the fact that autoheader was
missing.  Wasn't it supposed to link "autoheader" to "missing"
or something?

Why did this error not happen when I built with the directory
in text-mode?
