[ECOS] the POSIX test build

My test programs for the targets not work.

I did following for example:
ecosconfig new linux
ecosconfig check
ecosconfig tree
make

Then I run make for my test.

Then I use gdb:
gdb mytest
run

GDB prints following:
Starting program: /home/ecostest/work/examples/mytest
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x71a3 in cyg_io_serial_devio ()

Similarly for other targets.
