[ECOS] about gcc patch

Hi,I install development tools for 
PowerPC target on Windows 2000,   when I execute following 
commands,it report errors.
  cd /src/gcc/gcc-2.95.2-2   tr -d '\r' < ecos-gcc-2952.pat 
| patch -p0
