[ECOS] PowerPC development tools on windows.

We are facing problem while building powerpc development tools for
windows:
1.
when we configure GCC as per given in the document(win-powerpc-eabi.html):
/src/gcc/gcc-2.95.2/configure --target=powerpc-eabi \
      --prefix=/tools \
      --exec-prefix=/tools/H-i686-pc-cygwin \
      --with-gnu-as --with-gnu-ld --with-newlib \
      -v 2>&1 | tee configure.out

the following error message is displayed.
"*** cannot find config.sub."

Did anyone face this problem?
