[ECOS] EDB7211 stalls when TCP/IP package is included

I'm using the EDB7211 target from an NT host, with eCos 1.3.1 and the
beta TCP/IP package.

Running any test (I choose the wallclock test, as the first on the
list) from inside the configuration tool, the test stalls and then
times out immediately after the CS8900 messages.

If I remove the networking packages (Cirrus Logic ethernet, Common
ethernet, and Networking), it works just fine.

I didn't have this problem with the 1.3.1 alpha I was running before.
