[ECOS] Asserts

Hi All!

I need to use eCos asserts.  But I have some problems with
ecos target library compiling.

My host - Linux Redhat 6.0, my target - linux synthetic

I did following:

1. ecosconfig new linux
2. ecosconfig check
3. ecosconfig tree
4. In ecos.scc file I have enabled CYGPKG_INFRA_DEBUG option.
5. make
