[ECOS] RE: ConfigTool 1.311 and 1.312 under Win98

Hallo,

i have found my problem concerning "virtual memory exhausted error". It was
a broken toolchain. cpp0 and cpp1 of my last generated chain (sources from
July build) does effect this error. With my old toolchain (origin 2.95) i
got all running with Configtool1.311. Configtool1.312 hangs anyway if i try
to make a build or open a shell.
