Yes and no.

Yes, since HTTP is just a simple service built on TCP/IP.  However,
you need a server to handle this, so, no, eCos does not directly
support HTTP.

However, the GoAhead web server, which does support HTTP, has been
ported to eCos.  Get more information at:
