[ECOS] Problem with Linux Host configuration tools gz-archive

Hi,
I have downloaded from http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/anoncvs.html
the ecosconfig1311-linux.gz file.

Result of "gzip -N -d ecosconfig1311-linux.gz":
gzip: ecosconfig1311-linux.gz: not in gzip format

I repeatedly have downloaded this file and had the same result.

Is the archive corrupted? Or I do something incorrectly?
