[ECOS] platform porting to MBX860

I want to trying to port ecos to MBX860. I am using window 
NT as base. I have an ecos version 1.3.1. I can't find anything related 
with ram application start up.  If ecos ram application is running on 
MBX860 board, How it is build in ecos configuration tool? How it is 
started on MBX860?
