[ECOS] help me,install,patch error.

When I use the full gcc-2.95.2 package I also get the patch errors, but
with gcc-core-2.95.2.tar.bz2 and gcc-g++-2.95.2.tar.bz2 as suggested in
the eCos installation instructions all went well. I don't know if the
gcc package that comes with cygwin 1.1 also patches with errors.
