[ECOS] printable docs?

I think psim should already come with texinfo docs.

The GNUPro and eCos docs are not written in texinfo as it happens. I'm
afraid the only way to get the printable versions is to sign up for
the eCos developers kit :-/.

The HTML versions are (and will always be) free of course.
