eCos GNU tools 4.6.2-20120125 ready for testing

Just a quick update on the stm3210e_eval platform in our test farm,
still with the old toolchain though.  At least this is a marker for the
newer toolchain for this platform.  It finished the complete set of
15584 tests in the small hours of this morning, taking just over 10.5
days to run. Thats slow serial download for you.  There were 116
failures, most were the same tests in different configurations - all
tests passed in the default though.

There were no new tests that failed, the complete list being:
