These are probably not Regressions. The check-elf tests are new and run
eu-elflint before/after the debugedit process to catch issues.

Could you post the testsuite.log files for these failures?
Those should show how the tests fail.

We might needs some elfutils elflint updates for these architectures.
Or we might have to skip these tests if eu-elflint on a simple binary already
fails.

Have to see the actual test-suite.log files, but for aarch64 it might be this:
