- debugedit-classify-ar is a new helper that checks if an ar
  file has to be processed
- find-debuginfo has a new -O/--output-dir switch
- find-debuginfo now uses 64k buffers with dd to speed up ar
  file processing
- debugedit now updates relocation addend and/or symbol values
  to support RISC-V ET_REL files
- find-debuginfo added --check-elf[-strict] to invoke eu-elflint
- debugedit now supports files with more than 65280 ELF sections
- make check now needs a C++ compiler
