In the fedora builds, gdal & openblas involve creation of largish .a archives
with tens of thousands of .o files inside.  Processing them sequentially with
the new .a-support code in find-debuginfo.sh is impractically slow.

We should reject such large .a files, until we can accelerate their processing.
