Unexpected "ERROR: direct uploads are not enabled" message

Then we would also be seeing a lot of pushes with src_test defined as:

	cd $B
	cygtest || true

or patches to fix package test scripts, where packages fail a test or few from 
dozens, hundreds, or thousands! Speaking only about my own collection ;^>
