[cygwin] openssh 10.4p1-1 testing status update?

Thank you for the enquiry. There was no ETA as I was waiting on feedback first [1]. I have not seen any positive or negative test
reports yet.

I guess we can promote this weekend, since my customers nor I have found any issues, beyond needing export
OPENSSL_ENABLE_SHA1_SIGNATURES=1 .
