Thanks very much. I have applied this.

(It was a bit of a struggle to get 'git am' to accept this patch though, 
due to the vagaries of 8-bit email. If you have any patches other, in 
the future, perhaps you might try attaching a patch generated by 'git 
format-patch'?)
