Installing Cygwin version 3.5.1?

As 3.5.1 is no longer available directly via Cygwin Setup, could you use 3.5.7 
which is still available in current setup.ini as the oldest stable version and 
the same major version 3.5?

If not, you will have to use the Cygwin Time Machine as your mirror, adapting 
the instructions from:

	https://cygwin.com/install.html#unsupported

and reading the CTM usage instructions linked to below the table, using a circa 
from about 5 months back to be able to select that version.
