This will depend on which console app you are using. Assuming that you're
using 'mintty' (what Cygwin uses by), there is an option to identify
special shortcuts.
Right-click the title bar of the window, select 'Options', then 'Keys' to
see what's available. Clicking 'Save' will store the changes to your
~/.minttyrc file.
